How HydroRush handles your information.

HydroRush is built with your privacy in mind. The app does not collect, store, or share any personal information about you. This policy explains exactly what that means in practice.
HydroRush does not collect any personal data from you. We do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not track your activity inside or outside the app.
HydroRush saves certain gameplay information locally on your device so that your progress carries over between sessions. This information includes things like:
This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party. If you delete HydroRush, this information is removed with the app.
HydroRush integrates with Apple's Game Center to support leaderboards and achievements. If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievement progress may be submitted to Apple so they can appear on global leaderboards.
Game Center is operated by Apple, not by HydroRush. Any information shared through Game Center is handled according to Apple's privacy practices, available at apple.com/legal/privacy. You can disable Game Center at any time in your device's Settings.
HydroRush does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking tools, or software development kits (SDKs) that collect user data. The app does not contain advertisements, and it does not offer in-app purchases.
HydroRush is rated for ages 4 and up and is designed to be safe for all audiences, including children. Because the app does not collect any personal information from any user, it does not collect information from children under the age of 13. HydroRush complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's guidelines for apps directed to children.
Because HydroRush does not collect or store personal information about you on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, change, or delete on your behalf. To remove the gameplay data stored on your device, you can delete the app at any time. To manage data associated with your Game Center account, please refer to Apple's documentation.
If HydroRush is updated in a way that changes how information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect those changes. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
